High Grade Sound and Security

I had High Grade Sound build a custom SQ-focused audio system in my 2024 Lexus RX 350h with the factory Mark Levinson system, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From the beginning, JJ, Santiago, and the rest of the team were patient with all of my questions and took the time to explain different enclosure options, equipment recommendations, and the installation process. They never made me feel rushed and were always responsive throughout the project. The custom enclosure turned out even better than I expected. It looks incredibly clean and OEM, preserves cargo space, and retains access to the factory features while integrating seamlessly into the vehicle. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are excellent. Most importantly, the system sounds fantastic. The bass is clean, tight, musical, and blends naturally with the factory Mark Levinson system exactly as I was hoping. It adds depth and impact without overpowering the rest of the audio. If you’re looking for a high-quality custom install and a team that takes pride in their work, I would absolutely recommend High Grade Sound.

We had an outstanding experience with High Grade Sound and Auto Tints! I called in the morning, and they were able to fit both my car and my daughter's car in for same-day appointments, which was incredibly convenient. From the very beginning, they were friendly, professional, and completely transparent about the pricing. They took the time to explain the different window film options, the effectiveness of each one, and helped us understand exactly what we were paying for without any pressure. Their customer service truly went above and beyond. They communicated with us throughout the entire process, keeping us informed every step of the way. When the work was finished, both cars looked amazing and warranty included. The tint was expertly installed, and they even returned our vehicles spotless inside and out. If you're looking for quality workmanship, honest pricing, excellent communication, and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend them. We'll definitely be returning for any future tinting and other car electronics needs!

I looked up thus buisness online in Miami while traveling through from PA for a dashcam. They we're very supportive in describing all options and what would work best for my 4runner. Excellent work preformed and time to install. Definitely would have more work done here.

Saturday I took my Civic Type R for long overdue tints. I knew Santiago’s great quality from having done tints & vinyls on my previous Hellcat, so this was a no brainer return to High Grade Sound & Security. The reception staff was great, kept me entertained despite myself having worked a long graveyard shift a few hours earlier. Thankfully they helped me choose a ceramic tint option that’s to my preferences. Grabbed a quick breakfast at the bakery across the street and 2 hours later my CTR was done and perfect. If you’re in Kendall and seek quality work, go see Santiago at High Grade Sound & Security.

Been using High Grade Sound & Security for years and they never disappoint. I called on a Saturday and was able to get a same-day appointment for tint on my two front windows and front strip to match my back windows. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Gigi. The lobby has been rearranged since my last visit and feels much more spacious, with drinks and snacks available for customers. After chatting briefly with Gigi and another customer, my car was ready. The tint is laser cut for precision. One window had to be redone due to a hair getting into the tint, but it was promptly addressed and fixed without issue. Excellent service all around. I will definitely continue coming here.
